Michele Damron has been a massage therapist since 1997, where she trained at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. She has 1,000's of hours and 18 years of experience in both clinical and spa settings and offers a therapeutic, customized, nurturing massage. Specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, and Reiki.  In 2001, she became a Certified Instructor of Infant Massage through the Foundation for Healthy Family Living. Her passion for infant massage stems from the knowledge that the sharing of compassionate touch and respectful communication profoundly enhances the quality of life, and that these benefits are life-long.

Michele fell in love with yoga in 2002 when she attended a neighborhood studio while looking for a change of pace after completing a triathlon, and has been a dedicated practitioner ever since. She completed her 200hr yoga certification in 2008 through InnerVision Yoga in Arizona, and is currently working to complete her 500hr training. The beauty, wisdom and joy of this ancient, living practice greatly influences her massage practice- opening a space for greater presence, compassion and awareness.

Having experienced sciatica, and intense neck and shoulder pain due to a slight scoliosis and a car accident, she appreciates the need for quality care and has a very real experience of how important massage and yoga are to aid the body in healing itself.
